Vendor marketplace designed to empower Watts and South Central community stakeholders to preserve and celebrate their cultural heritage by sharing food and goods with Los Angeles residents and visitors. As a new year-round celebration in Watts, the festival takes place on WLCAC’s 7-acre campus, a space that offers visual and media arts studios as well as economic development opportunities.
