Add to the WLCAC Archive
To upload footage or photos to our Archive folder via a Google Form, follow these simple steps:
- Access the Google Form: Visit our local community website and locate the designated Google Form for uploading footage or photos. This form serves as the gateway for submitting your files.
- Fill out the required information: Start by entering the necessary details in the form, such as your name, email address, and any additional information requested. This helps us organize and manage the uploaded files effectively.
- Upload your footage/photos: Look for the “Upload” button or section within the Google Form. Click on it to select the files you wish to upload. You can choose multiple files at once or upload them one by one, depending on the form’s settings.
- Select the files from your device: A file selection dialog box will appear, allowing you to browse and select the footage or photos you want to upload. Locate the files on your device, highlight them, and click “Open” or “Upload” to initiate the upload process.
- Submit the form: Once you have finished selecting the files, review the information you provided in the form to ensure its accuracy. Double-check that all the necessary files are included. Finally, click on the “Submit” or “Upload” button to send the form with your files.
- Confirmation and notification: After successfully submitting the form, you will typically receive a confirmation message or email notifying you that your files have been received. Our team will then access the uploaded footage or photos from the Google Drive folder to process and utilize them as needed.
