OFFICE OF FINANCIAL AFFAIRS:
Senior Fund Accountant:     Non-exempt – full-time  
Under the supervision of the WLCAC Chief Financial Officer, performs all aspects of accounting and related duties as assigned by the CFO including but not limited to analysis, audits and major reconciliations.
Salary:  $52,425-$70,262/ yr.
 
Administrative Assistant/ Accounting Clerk:    Non-exempt-full-time  
Under the supervision of the WLCAC Chief Financial Officer, assist in all front office support and daily finance department activities.  
Salary:  $35,360 - $42,661/yr.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
Property Manager Assistant:
Under the direction of the Commercial and Residential Property Manager, the Property Manager Assistant will assist the overall operation of the property management department, including day- to day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs; oversee the performance and scheduled maintenance of income-producing commercial and residential properties.  
Salary:  $37,440 – 45,760/yr.

HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
Human Resources Specialist- Benefits:
Under the direction of the Human Resource Director supports all efforts of the Human Resource Department, and primary focus on Employee Benefits Management.  Assists in researching benefits and obtaining quotes; maintain working relationships with benefits providers, insurance brokers, payroll supervisor, and WLCAC staff.
Salary: $43,680 - $52,000/yr.

HOMELESS AND HOUSING SERVICES DEPARTMENT
Program Coordinator - DMH Temporary Housing Program and Shelter Plus Care:
Reports to the Director of Homeless Services and supervises the Department of Mental Health Lead Case Manager and Case Managers.  Must have a LCSW or LMFT, a valid license in the State of California.  At least 4 years of experience in the social service field, preferably with homeless clients, DMH and Housing Authority Programs.  Excellent verbal and written skills are required.  
Salary:  $52,000 - $60,000
